Winter nights start at €182, and the busiest weeks cost more. Prices differ a little between Airbnb, Booking.com and booking with us directly, so check the exact total for your dates wherever you book.
The quickest way to see live availability and book is Airbnb — the calendar there is always current.
For longer stays, larger groups or dates the calendar doesn't show, message us directly. We answer WhatsApp fastest.

Questions people ask
How many people can stay?
Four. Two bedrooms with two beds each — nobody sleeps on a sofa.
Is it really ski-in/ski-out?
Yes. It's about ten metres from the ski storage door to the Glacier Express lift, and you can ski that stretch. Cross-country tracks start from roughly the same place.
Are ski passes included?
Two are. They're valid on the Levi lifts for the length of your stay, and we'll sort out the practicalities with you before you arrive. Passes for the rest of the group are sold at the lift ticket office nearby.
Is the hot tub available all year?
Yes. It's held at 37 °C the whole time, so there's nothing to switch on. It's cleaned and disinfected between guests. The temperature is fixed and can't be changed by guests.
Where do I park, and can I charge an electric car?
One reserved space in the heated garage under the building, with a charger for electric and hybrid cars. The charger works with the PlugIt app or an RFID tag. There's additional parking at the front-slope car park.
Can I bring a dog?
No, unless we've agreed it separately. Please also note that the no-pets rule doesn't make the apartment suitable for people with serious allergies.
Can I smoke?
Not indoors. Outside is fine, away from other people, and please don't leave anything behind.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Check-in is self-service: the door has a code lock and you get the code before you arrive, so there's no reception to visit and no keys to return.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, both, made up before you arrive. They're charged with the booking — cleaning, bed linen and towels come to at least €169 per stay. Duvets, pillows and spares in different weights are in the apartment as well.
Is final cleaning charged separately?
It's added to every booking. We clean after you go, so there's nothing to order and nothing to scrub. Cleaning, bed linen and towels together are from €169 per stay. The short list of things worth doing before you leave is on the guest info page.
Can we work from the apartment?
Easily. There's fast wireless internet throughout and a dining table that works as a desk.
Is there anything to do outside the ski season?
Plenty. September's ruska colours are the quietest and arguably the most beautiful time on the fells, summer nights barely get dark, and Levi's trails are used for hiking and mountain biking through the warm months. The hot tub works the same in every season.
